OneTable

OneTable is a mission-driven organization focused on bringing people together in the real world, helping local communities connect through shared Friday night dinners. Their platform enables individuals to easily host and attend gatherings, removing friction from the process and making meaningful, in-person connection more accessible. At its core, OneTable is not just a digital product—it’s a social network designed to drive real-world experiences and strengthen community at scale.

OneTable partnered with Pursuant to design and build a platform their users would love, while also creating a scalable, white-label solution for future partners. While not a formal branding engagement, we began with a strategic evaluation—clarifying their positioning and packaging their vision into a cohesive experience. Grounded in Community, Connection, and Empowerment, we defined a clear North Star—OneTable Brings Us Together—to guide every product and design decision.

We began with a comprehensive UX phase, developing wireframes and system-level thinking to define the platform’s structure, features, and user flows. This allowed us to shape the experience around real user needs—balancing simplicity with functionality—while embedding best practices for acquisition, engagement, and retention. Throughout, we helped translate OneTable’s mission into intuitive interactions that make connection feel effortless.

From there, we moved into visual design—establishing a cohesive UI system including color, typography, and custom iconography. We designed the full ecosystem: from landing pages and onboarding to booking flows and host management tools. Our development team then brought the platform to life, building a scalable, secure foundation from the ground up—transforming OneTable’s vision into a seamless digital experience that drives real-world connection.
